Collaborate with engineers and project managers in the design, fabrication, and assembly of mock-up space capsules used in the aerospace industry for astronaut training/flight simulation. Create design layouts for aerospace applications utilizing Pro-Engineer Wildfire / CREO. Create and maintain a purposeful CREO file storage system for use by other designers and engineers. Continually support Production Leadership Team on Standards with focus on cost reductions. Assist fellow designers and engineers on proper CREO usage techniques. Create design layouts for specific downhole tool applications utilizing ProEngineer Wildfire/CREO. Participated in the development of the sealed Rapid Exclude multilateral completion system. Other groups include Perforating, Completions, Connectivity, and Flow Control. Create production drawings, communicating with manufacturing facilities for pricing and fabrication in a timely and cost-effective manner. Create bills of material, engineering change notices, and purchase orders. Perform finished tool assembly/disassembly and qualification testing.
