Awarded twice in respective quarters for delivering exceptional services to client at workplace.Business Process Re-engineering (Logistics, Order to Cash and Procure to Pay) :• Led Business Process Re-engineering initiatives majorly for ‘Outbound Logistics’ process where major role was to understand ‘As-Is process’ and draw out pain points acting as bottlenecks in process flow.• Highlighted pain points such as high turnaround time for vehicles at cement plants, high per ton per kilometer cost, overdependence on single transporter. Suggested free movement of vehicles in premises with the help of scan cards in order to reduce turnaround time and enable maximum deliveries.• Assisted ‘Secondary Logistics team’ at head office to streamline godown management process, handling shortages and damages in transits and godowns, prompt conduct of physical verification.• Formulated standard operating procedures (SOP) for ‘Outbound Logistics process’ and ‘Depot Management’ including templates to be used in overall process.

Data Analytics automation for a top cement manufacturer : • Assisted client in capturing regions where cement bags were sold below the defined price with the help of Power BI dashboards.• Used pin-code data and sales specific data to identify untapped market of a cement manufacturing entity and prepared a few state–wise Power BI dashboards to highlight regions where company had no customers or where other competitors were dominant• Identified high per ton per kilometer cost over various routes and prepared Power BI dashboards highlighting zone wise potential impact.Compliance review (Ready-mix concrete plants)• Identified critical non-compliances of around 35% across 9 locations out of the selected sample pertaining to EHS and HR laws and suggested corrective actions to avoid statutory fines and penalties.
