Current- Finalizations of accounts and prepare Monthly, quarterly and annual balance sheet, Profit & loss a/c as per IGAAP Cash flow with required schedules and annexure. - Business planning, Budgeting & variance analysis - Finalizations of accounts and prepare balance sheet, Profit & loss a/c and Cash flow with required schedules and annexures- Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounts and finance department- Review and manage daily cash flow, Bank reconciliation-… Show more - Finalizations of accounts and prepare Monthly, quarterly and annual balance sheet, Profit & loss a/c as per IGAAP Cash flow with required schedules and annexure. - Business planning, Budgeting & variance analysis - Finalizations of accounts and prepare balance sheet, Profit & loss a/c and Cash flow with required schedules and annexures- Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounts and finance department- Review and manage daily cash flow, Bank reconciliation- Scrutinize accounts on a periodic basis to ensure compliance with appropriate accounting policies & practices- Review Party wise profitability and Margin Analyses, Revenue leakage identification- Analyze the MIS reports, provide recommendations based on this analysis and highlight critical variables- Interaction & co-ordination with other group companies- Ensure timely preparation of MIS as required by the management i.e. FDR Details, BG Details, Loan Details- Ensure that all statutory compliances with respect to income tax, GST, TDS, PF & ESIC etc.- Liaising with Internal Auditors and Statutory Auditors- Liaising with bank for new disbursement and renewal of existing CC limit- Reviving Stock Statement, MVR, Bank requirement etc- Ensuring Vendor payment & reconciliation- Ensuring accuracy of making Salary disbursement of Staff and Client Staff- Tracking of employee advance & ensuring proper adjustment- Doing proper approval of Opex and ensuring client billing related to expense- Ensuring and establishing mechanism to avoid any financial loss to the company- Bank Guarantee, New ERP Implementation- Supporting in Inter department finance related query on time- Building strong mechanism for avoiding revenue leakages- Loan Sanction process (Interaction with bank) Show less
