Key Activities - • Ensuring effective month end close and overview all service provider activities to have accuracy and timeliness in month end close• Trial Balance Review with qualitative check• Country Lock Meeting- Preparation & Presentation• Monthly Intercompany reconciliation process and Overdue follow up• Monthly BER metrics & loss tree- data validation, Analysis & commentary• Quarterly variance analysis performance and presenting to country controller• Representing Operating centre in all future finance projects• Maintaining the accounting hygiene and coming up with initiatives and projects for better governance• Ensuring timely completion of SOX, Corporate and External Audit for OC owned controls• Taking responsibility for the end-to-end financial accounting process for the countries serviced

Key activities -• Automating the process of Monthly & Quarterly Reporting requirements• Ownership of entity Balance Sheets, preparing balance sheet and identification and management of any potential risks• Ownership of entity P&L, ensuring adequate analysis and reviews, exercise judgment• Perform Month end close accounting & reporting including variance analysis and preparation of supporting commentary• Identification of areas of risk, under-performance, improvement and opportunity and development of action plan to resolve• Involvement in Reporting requirements including Variance Reporting, KPI Reporting, Cash flow analysis, P&L and Balance sheet reviews• Inter company Accounts reconciliation• Supporting on-site business teams (Accounts Executives, Accounts Directors, Finance Managers and Directors)
