• Monitoring Sales Budget or Forecast vs. Actual Sales and conducting gap analysis to identify variances.
• Analysis of Brand and Division wise Gross Margin.
• Preparing and conducting analytical reviews of monthly financial statements for management reporting, (Flash Reports, Divisional P&L, ECom P&L)
• Analyzing the ROY Sales forecast and anticipate the profit.
• Reviewing expenditures (Include Manpower Analyses) against established budgets, reporting on variances and implementing controls to reduce overages.
