Riley, Crystalbrook - Cairns. (5 Star Hotel) Riley has been one of my best experiences in the hospitality industry. This place gave me the training and confidence to work in a high standard level. Some functions: -Vip rooms - Blue tower - Make sure that the rooms are done on time (arrivals/departures 30-40 minutes)-Ensure that assigned rooms are fully stocked, cleaned and serviced to a high standard - Make sure that the guest are having a good service- Reports necessary maintenance items-Minibar functions- Room service
