Resolved high profile issues impacting Sun's largest customers including Bloomberg, Chase, and Verizon. Then transitioned to work on the Solaris debugger and DTrace.* Collaborated between engineering and services organizations addressing major performance issues with hardware failure and how Solaris addressed such failures.* Addressed critical issues within Solaris resulting in unpredictable outages costing tens of millions of dollars in downtime.
