While working as an Audit Manager & Partner in V Chartered Accountants Co., Ltd, my prime responsibility was to handle the audit assignments from the planning to submission of the report to management. I was also involved in sourcing of new clients, attending business meeting and conferences, strategic planning for expansion, internal policy formation and implementation, staff training and team motivation. Apart from Audit responsibilities, I handled assignment of Financial Due Diligence on behalf of the potential investors looking for new opportunities in Cambodia. Further, handled the assignment of Merger & Acquisition and Financial Data Interpretation and reporting to our clients after detailed discussion.In short tenure of working with V Chartered Accountants Co., Ltd, I got the opportunity to work on the audit assignments from various sectors like, Engineering, Textiles, Tours & Travelling, NGOs, Oil & Natural Gas, Beauty Product Trader etc.

In just two year time was able to build up team of seven, which caters to more than 80 professional mandates comprising of Audit Reports and Compliance Certifications. I have been able to stream line all internal processes and procedures on office management, documentations, reporting, leading to seamless deliver of reports and certificates at profession.My firm ranked as one of the leading firms of the town in number of clients. It had been managed by the qualified professionals working in it and the team working under the professionals deliver the best services under the guidance of professionals.Later, I merged my firm with another leading cost accountant firm of Ahmedabad before moving to Phnom Penh.

Managed a team of nine staff comprising of qualified and semi qualified professionals and direct interactions with partners of firm and clients at the firm. In this tenure of about a year, I was instrumental in concluding over 24 cost audit on large manufacturing companies. This tenure was full of hectic travel schedules and pressing time lines, which lead me to develop abilities to work under stress and pressures, while maintain cordial relations with team members.

This three and half year formal training at one of the leading chartered accountancy firm of Ahmedabad led me to have bonds on experience at accountancy, auditing, taxation and office management. I was able to learn and apply various accounting standards, bench mark audit procedures, checks and balances, while working on audit assignments ranging from start ups to mid size entities, engaged in business as proprietorship, partnership, private and public companies, trusts, cooperative societies and Non trading Corporations. I was bale to attend works related to tax audits, internal audits, statutory audits, tax return preparations, drafting of deeds and documents. Also was part of audit team for statutory audits at nationalized banks. Visited various tax officers and became familiar of assessment procedures.
