Supervising the entire club care department that was in charge of all housekeeping tasks around the club. Maintaining high cleanliness standards and providing an exceptional customer experience was a requirement for me and all of those under my supervision which was typically a staff around 15-20 people in various age ranges from 16-60. I would manage all inventory for the locker rooms, bathrooms, and common areas (hand sanitizer, tissues, towels, soap, conditioner, etc.) and work within a budget to have those items fulfilled in a timely fashion.

In charge of providing a unique dining experience through extensive menu knowledge and outstanding customer service. Duties included but were not limited to: taking and serving orders, making recommendations and upselling menu items, training new hires, and handling off site catering events.
