Review and provide offline approvals to changes out of meetings.- Capacity and availability management, following up and planning the activities that warrant the readiness of resources and the reductions of costs. - Security Management, leasing with the account security officer (ASO) to guarantee that the service provided meet regulatory and contractual security requirements- Responsible to ensure business continuity/disaster recovery in place per contract - Vendor Management, managing 3rd party labor and costs for software and hardware components.
