Worked closely with external partners and internal customers to align roadmaps, drive requirements and manage deliveries of work. Led the analysis and triage of errors and dedicated time to mentoring and supporting individual engineers within the team.

Key member of a specialist team formed to work on a sensitive technology transfer project crucial to a wider business strategy. Spent 6 months in California studying the Helix DNA Client Video engine with the task of bringing the technology back to London. Drove the infrastructure and working practices setup to support this new technology in London and Bangalore.
