Orchard Coffee is a multi roaster cafe serving specialty coffee in North Carolina. We feature a light food menu built around local produce and sustainable practices.

- Worked with coffee importers to source and warehouse specialty coffee. - Implemented QC protocols to select green coffee and to manage quality of roasted coffee. - Directed the production of the brand's creative and identity materials.- Created and roasted a special espresso blend that won 2nd Place in America's Best Espresso

- Worked with retail team to open 5 retail stores.- Created and implemented training protocols for all bar staff.- Joined with the QC team for QC cuppings and palate development exercises.- Pursued wholesale opportunities in support of the wholesale team.

- Oversaw coffee operations of three stores and 50 baristas.- Worked with ownership team to open two new locations. - Emphasis on team building, training, and coffee ops.
