After graduating from Georgetown Law, I worked for 1.5 years as a corporate lawyer at Chadbourne & Parke in NYC, where I helped research, draft, and review a variety of documents related to financing, M&A, corporate structuring, and compliance. I also spent time working on pro bono projects related to small business setup and development.
