I lead the finance team with the responsibility of:- Preparation of NFRS/IFRS compliant Financial Statements.- Preparation of monthly income statements, division and product-wise sales target vs achievement analysis, receivable ageing analysis and fund planning.- Preparation of daily flash report and sales dashboard.- Preparation of annual budget, production plan and procurement plan in close coordination with the management team.- Keeping a record of BoM, preparation of standard cost and analysis of material cost variances.- Supervise and review the accounting function of the company and ensure smooth financial operation of the company.- Deal with consortium banks on various banking transactions, terms and conditions of agreement, short-term loan renewals etc.- Make necessary standard operating procedures for accounts and finance departments.- Keeping abreast of regulatory requirements and best practices in accounting.- Coordinating with the external auditor and other regulatory bodies as required.
