I'm a hard-working shift leader at GoPuff with over four years in supply chain operations. In my current job I act as the manager on duty and a keyholder in addition to performing all of the same operations support duties as the warehouse associates I'm responsible for supervising. I think it's important to have worked in the same position as the people you're responsible for, or else you become unapproachable and apathetic, and your ability to train and mentor is hindered. I was recognized as employee of the month for 4 consecutive months for my outstanding performance and team contributions, and our employee monitoring software recognized me as the most efficient operations associate in the district. I've been consistently praised by GoPuff and past employers for my work ethic and dependability. In my personal life, I value being a man of my word and making good on what I set out to do, and I think this shows at my places of work. My professional development goals include taking on more responsibility, and I'm currently looking into OHSA General Industry certifications to be able to be more responsive and proactive in serving the people I manage.
