The Fusion Logic Group-Detroit is a highly trained and experienced group of former and current LEOs that specialize in complex criminal investigations, case analysis and litigation support. Over the past few years, I have found many attorneys are bogged down with discovery. Especially in large commercial litigation matters and white-collar and criminal conspiracy cases. My work on the Flint Water case involved millions of documents. That case helped me understand the type of support necessary for litigators and highlighted the lack of such expertise among many traditional “paralegals”. Attorneys involved in such matters often cannot possibly review all of the discovery individually, and require assistance organizing these materials in an easy to access manner. They often require quality summaries of such evidence that are put together by a person who understands the “big picture” and legal significance of the documents and other evidence. My 25+ years of experience in LE has helped me refine a detailed process of organization, review and production of actionable reports back to those that litigate the case.
