Since 2002 I have been fortunate to grow professionally, and personally, with Wall & Associates, Inc., one of the nation's leading administrative tax representation firms. With nearly two decades of experience with our firm, I have held a wide range of positions and filled roles as they have become needed in our expanding firm. Initially, my role consisted of speaking with first time callers inquiring about help with their tax matter. Later, I moved to direct work and handling of client accounts in efforts to resolve their case. My managerial roles have consisted of general office management, hiring and training of new staff, and management of internal operations. As of 2013 I have held the position of COO. My current responsibilities include general business management, including implementing new ideas for growth and improvement, management of daily operations, as well as staffing, training and IT needs. Looking towards the future, I plan to become more visible in the system of tax professionals within Virginia, and across the U.S. by providing continuing education and training to those interested in tax representation.
