- Accountable for the implementation of the entire Program release scope, comprised of Network infrastructure and SW, ensuring quality and on-time delivery- Responsible for E2E planning and management of financial and execution performance - Efficiently coordinate the deliveries of local and international teams, following both Agile and Waterfall methodologies, ensuring Program/Project management aligned with company's MoO and guidelines- Measurement of release-related performance metrics (KPI metrics) - Project and Program Management Planning: - Responsible for Program Charter realisation and accuracy - Responsible for leading the preparation and presentation of the Milestone Approval meetings with Top Management- Project and Program Control of execution: - Time management, cost management, scope management, quality management, change management - Ensure proper synchronisation and visibility of up-to-date, accurate reporting and documentation to relevant stakeholders: Product Managers, Procurement, PMO, NPI, Sales, Release team, Senior Management and Vendors- Risk Management: Risk and opportunity identification, mitigation plan and continuous monitoring- Stakeholder Management: Ensure proper alignment, effectively managing the different stakeholders’ interests and expectations- Program closure: Collect lessons learnt and ensure program documentation completion - Work closely with Product Manager and development team to create and evaluate different options for future products, from high-level requirements until completion of feasibility study and business case

Performed some investigation and simulation on possible implementation architectures of the Generic Framing Procedure (Transparent mode) in VHDL.
