My role involves establishing, developing, and executing all HR operations, processes, and policies, as well as managing day-to-day HR activities. I handle the entire employee lifecycle, from recruitment to offboarding, overseeing talent management, retention, succession planning, performance management, and learning and development.In addition, I am responsible for managing employer branding, organizing internal events and activities, and nurturing our organizational culture. I also serve as the contact person for occupational health care and payroll, and I am dedicated to improving the overall employee experience.My primary focus is creating and implementing an HR strategy aligned with the company’s goals, building strong relationships, offering support and care, finding effective solutions to challenges, promoting well-being and development, and attracting the right talent. Additionally, I am a member of the Executive Team at Adventure Club and also act as a supervisor.

Managing employee life cycle activities i.e. employee orientation, integration and engagement activities, annual performance management, and associated compensation processes. Developing and executing employee satisfaction initiatives as well as supporting and promoting employees' wellbeing. Handling employee concerns and queries. Working as a senior recruiter in the area of Technology Consulting. Managing the recruitment process from end-to-end; publishing job ads, screening applications, interviewing candidates, taking part in hiring decisions, getting contracts signed. Part of the core employer branding team and in charge of school collaboration team; developing co-operation with universities, participating to recruitment events and fairs, holding presentations to student groups etc. Lead user of digital interviewing tool, HireVue. Actively participating in process development, various HR development projects and also taking care of other HR related tasks as well. Taking part in developing customers’ marketing communication strategy as well as planning clients’ advertising campaigns.
