• Developed, implemented and promoted national and local group marketing, licensing and exhibition programs, reunions, and appearances for legendary championship sports teams including the 1969 New York "Miracle Mets,".
• Oversaw and secured over 50 licensing agreements in multiple categories for group licensing of represented athletes and cross-licensing programs in conjunction with existing MLB, NFL and NHL franchises and governing.
• Co-branded events and fundraisers raising over one million dollars for charities including, the Muscular Dystrophy Association, Make-A-Wish Foundation, Ronald McDonald House and The Valerie Fund.
• Prosecuted infringers of clients' personal licensing rights and individual intellectual property against a clothing manufacturer's line that bore the biographical highlights of athletes (case of first impression).
• Negotiated license agreements on behalf of clients to ensure collection of royalty income from previous intellectual property infringements.
• Produced, publicized, and marketed programs to promote "Where Are They Now?" segments to former athletes to maintain public image and brand.
