- Responsible of an organization of ~200 engineers for the delivery of Engineering, Integration and Support Services for Wireless CDMA and GSM Networks to Ericsson North America Region under the Transactions Services Agreement (TSA) with Nortel.- Successfully stabilized the operation renewed the TSA with Ericsson and transitioned the team to Ericsson GSC.

- Responsible to build and develop a team of 150+ engineers to design plan and deploy wireline and wireless network solutions to customers in Europe and America- Successfully established a governance model to transition work to the center, manage budgets, forecast and workload.- Achieved utilization productivity targets ahead of time leading the regions to offshore more complex services.- Successfully developed and implemented the quality and workflow system for the CoE Engineering Team

Built, develop and manage the Mexico Network Engineering team with 35 engineers dedicated to provide support to North America major accounts in Wireline Next Generation Networks.

- Systems Engineer responsible of the design and deployment of several projects such as the GPRS core for ATL in Brazil the first implementation in the Latin-American region; the Telcel Multiservice ATM backbone, the biggest packet trunking network in Latin America; the Implementation of the ATM backbone for several service providers in Mesoamerica such as Telefonica Data and Unefon in Mexico and Cable and Wireless in Panama.- Technical Instructor responsible to develop and deliver courses for Voice PBX Meridian 1 and Passport ATM switch.
