I am part of client financial management role where my main responsibility is delivering business advisory services to Accenture client teams throughout the lifecycle of a contract. It includes driving financial health and improved business results by providing analysis and advice to internal Accenture client leads. I am handling the portfolio of $220Mn where multiple stakeholders are involved like, SDL, CAL, PMO, Finance leadership.Key roles and responsibilities:• Providing strategic decision-making support, analysis, and advice to client engagement teams on overall account financials.• Demonstrating a collaborative environment across commercial functions and leading communications with account leadership and the finance organization to communicate the position of account.• Responsible for account management – including account planning, profitability improvement, and advisory services to client and corporate leadership teams.• Working on solution/pricing for the new deal and advise to business and finance stakeholder the best quotation.• Fulfill invoicing and collections, consistent with contractual requirements. Perform Inventory and Receivables management, including monitoring of variances and follow-up on discrepancies.• Supervising a team of direct reports from across the globe, providing regular feedback to help drive and shape their career and improve overall skill set.

I have been part of the Organization since June’18 in role of FP&A team and mainly looking for security function related P&L. Initially handling Asia region then entire Europe and then entire offering which consist of $500Mn size. I am included Month end accounting, forecasting, budgeting, variance explanation, and reporting to business and finance leaders. Key roles and responsibilities and Achievements:• Monthly Ledger Close and control activity involving posting journals analyzing P& L and ensuring smooth month end.• Month on month forecasting following a bottom up build up and then monitoring with the actuals to ensure better accuracy with minimum variance. • Working with business with building the budget of next year by providing them the normalized view of current year spend providing a dissected view of current vendor spend to help business build next year budget and help them also identify the possible areas of cost take out plan.• Preparing Various other reports like PO report, labor hour report which facilitate better monitoring of the P&L and ensure accuracy in forecasting process.• Providing monthly variance commentary between the Budget numbers with the actuals.

• Month end accounting and responsible for all booking of month end journals. • Preparation and submission financial reports BS and PnL of UK entity as per IFRS.• Detailed analysis of movement on PnL and BS numbers MoM as well as QoQ.• Regular review and monitoring of budgets vs. actuals and provide the reason for variances.• Having control into the Intercompany balances to avoid any intercompany breaks and taking necessary actions to clear the breaks.• Acting as a financial controller for some entity and performing balance sheet reconciliation and substantiation process.• Preparation and presentation of divisional balance sheet commentary to senior stakeholders.• Handling the Internal as well as Statutory audit query.
