I transitioned from being an Engagement Manager (EM) to an EM Trainer and then to Junior Coach. Currently, I work with start up CEOs, investors and other executives to become the most productive and effective versions of themselves. The main concept we focus on is relationship management. At Elle Communications, I worked as a Summer Intern. I assisted publicists with research for clients to keep up with the market, helped create media lists with appropriate contacts for each client, and participated in hosting VIP events for clients to gain publicity and increase brand awareness. The publicists also allowed me to assist them with writing and editing story pitches for selected media - a task not typically assigned to interns.

During my time at Smashburger, I took pride in my role as Manager. I was responsible for overseeing the operations of the restaurant. I dealt with the typical Manager tasks on a daily basis: cash management, delegation to crew, inventory, problem solving, sales/labor management, and so on. I also assisted the General and Assistant Managers with additional tasks not typical of my Manager role as they saw my capabilities to take on more serious responsibilities. Additionally, I had the opportunity to work with the Marketing Department of Smashburger's Corporate Office several times. I assisted at local events by being an advocate of Smashburger, creating more brand awareness. I also had the opportunity to play a more prominent role by helping plan and execute marketing efforts at a large-scale event at Red Rocks.

My role at Mile High United Way was to assist the department dedicated to the Early Literacy Initiative. I helped with writing letters to promote the Initiative, creating surveys, and conducting research. Most notably, I collaborated with corporate executives and city officials to help decide the allocation of $3.6 million to deserving organizations through the Social Innovation Fund.

As a receptionist, I was responsible for client relations. I made appointments and handled end of day deposits for the small business.
