About Cacie Carganilla

Two things that have always compelled me: leadership and helping others. I am easily inspired by an act of true leadership. There are many different leadership styles but I believe the leaders that make the biggest impact are the ones who have an intense passion for people. I have been fortunate enough to work with some incredible leaders and mentors who have all taught me something about myself and how I'd like to lead.     I transitioned from being an Engagement Manager (EM) to an EM Trainer and then to Junior Coach.
