With over 20 years of experience in software engineering and consulting, I am passionate about developing innovative and scalable solutions for complex problems. As the Engineering Leader for XPlor Mariana Tek, I lead the engineering team for all Mariana Tek products for boutique fitness, a fast-growing and dynamic market. I am driven by the mission of empowering fitness professionals and enthusiasts with cutting-edge technology and user-friendly design. I bring diverse perspectives and experiences to the team, as I have worked in various domains, such as ecommerce, content management, and computational sciences.In my current role, I am responsible for improving the scalability and performance of the platform, restructuring the engineering groups to increase velocity and collaboration, and installing a performance management framework to set clear expectations and goals. I work closely with stakeholders across technology leadership, product management, and business to align the resourcing and roadmaps for the products, and ensure predictable ROI for the business.
