SQFT is a boutique, Washington, DC-based association and brand management company primarily serving the financial services industry.

In his current role with the ALFN, Holleman is responsible for a wide range of activities, including: government relations and grassroots advocacy; event design and management; member volunteer programs; all marketing, branding and graphic design; and external communications including industry, strategic and public relations efforts. Holleman is a recipient of the Mortgage Bankers Association's Diversity & Inclusion Scholarship and his work on millennial engagement won an ASAE Power of A Gold Award in 2015. Holleman also serves as Chairman of the ALFNPAC and is a member of the ASAE's Public Policy Committee. He is a frequent speaker on association management topics, most recently featured at the AICPA Interchange Conference (Phoenix, AZ; 2016) and ASAE Annual Meeting (Salt Lake City, UT; 2016).

As Executive Director of NAWRB, Holleman oversaw a professional staff of five; grew membership from 18 founding members to over 140 in two years; and maintained an average of $250,000 in annual earned media coverage on behalf of the association and its member businesses. Holleman was also responsible for developing strategic industry relationships, board relations and oversaw the day-to-day operations of NAWRB.
