Over the last three years I have had the opportunity to work as a Pre-construction coordinator and superintendent while going to school. During this time, I have been responsible for project control tasks such as drafting contracts, project budgets, and adjusting schedules. This last year I was the site superintendent at two commercial renovation jobs in Texas. In this role I was able to schedule and coordinate with Trade Partners, manage and hold the project schedule while guaranteeing work quality, and ensuring worker safety, finishing the summer with no accidents or injuries.
