As a sales representatives for DG l was the principal point of contact between a business and its customers. Ensuring current customers have the right products and services, identify new markets and customer leads, and pitch prospective customers. I was also the first port of call when reaching out to new customers and providing the relevant information to ensure the upsell of other products and services.

I was tasked with creating a Cherry based cocktail list sourcing ingredients from local farms in the area and the training of all staff on company etiquette, coffee, cocktails, customer service whilst keeping a professional manner at all times and keeping in line with company procedures. I Managed a close knitted team of 6 individuals overseeing CherryHill's U-pick season whilst also providing cocktail demonstrations to customers, future clients and even the Chinese press. I also delivered cherries to high end clients all around the city including airport drop-offs and when the season had finished l spent a few months working under the farm manager as part of a 6 man team where my duties included; Digging and backfilling trenches, Setting up Irrigation and chemical spraying, Landscaping and general grounds maintenance and Cherry Picking.

As a Sales Executive l was the main point of contact between Zuto and our customers; helping to support them through their car-buying journey to ensuring the best outcome is always reached.

Whilst first and foremost ensuring service to the highest standards and a friendly working enviroment l also took care of the business aspects of the bar, such as keeping a current liquor license, negotiating supplier contracts, taking inventory and reordering supplies, managing budgets, and setting goals. Hiring and training staff to provide excellent service to patrons.
