First job experience having communicated with facilities team members and IT team members to ensure the school ran properly. Technical tasks include creating signs, QR codes, and other graphics using Excel and Docs, mapping emergency lights and extinguishers with handmade floorplans using Adobe Acrobat and Illustrator, and managing files and “work orders” on computers’ windows systems and website’s report ticketing system. Physical tasks include delivering supplies to areas outlined, arranging rooms according to plans, retrieving and repairing furniture and fire extinguishers, and building furniture.
