In this role I am responsible for working at events in multiple locations, insuring customers satisfaction, and product knowledge. I and informing our customers on our promotions and deals that are currently in place and explain/ show them the best options and opportunities we have for them.

As a Print and Marketing Associate at Staples, I provide comprehensive customer service within the print center. My duties span from consulting with clients on their printing needs to producing high-quality printed materials, such as brochures, business cards, and banners. I manage custom orders, operate advanced printing equipment, and ensure the timely completion of projects while upholding company standards. Additionally, I assist customers with self-service copy machines, handle transactions, and maintain a clean and organized work area. I am also responsible for cross-selling relevant Staples services and products, thereby enhancing the overall customer experience and driving store profitability.

As an Overnight Stocker at Target, I work diligently during the graveyard shift to ensure the store is replenished and ready for customers each morning. My responsibilities include unloading merchandise from delivery trucks, organizing and stocking products on shelves while maintaining inventory accuracy, and setting up displays according to planograms. I perform my duties efficiently and quietly to not disrupt the store's nighttime operations. I also assist in keeping the store clean and tidy, which may involve light cleaning duties. My role is crucial in maintaining the store's appearance and availability of goods for a seamless shopping experience.

(Summer Internship). At this job, I worked on the Ford Broncos' safety features. I would make sure the parts were measured correctly, not damaged, and in the correct areas for shipment/pickup. This job included working with fiberglass and being on your feet for 12 hours. You had to have drive and determination to work and ensure your future customers safety.

In this job I was in charge of overseeing operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, maintaining high-quality food standards, and fostering a collaborative work atmosphere. Responsibilities include staff training, inventory management, and upholding company policies. I also handle financial tasks, such as sales reporting and cash management. I had to excel in having strong communication, organizational skills, and a passion for the food service industry. Lastly, I was in charge of leading a team committed to serving the community and honoring our firefighter heritage.

In this job, my main task was to run the outdoor attractions such as the go-carts, Trampoline, andRockwall, and to watch/ Supervise the customers as they enjoyed our park. I also work inside where we had an arcade and would need to keep the machines updated and working while ensuring the customers are getting the correct amount of tickets and having a great time.
