Current- Led the introduction of PSI’s most complex aftermarket harnesses, overseeing time management, design, development, prototyping, manufacturing implementation, and EOL testing/quality control. Established close collaboration with vendors to acquire challenging-to-obtain proprietary components.- Took on the role of lead electrical engineer for several prototypes which involved replacing a diesel engine with PSI's 8.8L LPG engine. Personally accountable for the completion and presentation of all documentation related to electrical integration, while also proposing potential avenues for PSI to offer services should the prototype advance to production.- Participated & led the completion of vendor drawings in SolidWorks for hundreds of parts & assemblies between PSI's New Energy, On-Highway, & Power Generation Departments, overseeing the meticulous design & releasing parts to ensure accuracy and quality of the documentation.- Successfully managed workflow and assignments for two engineers and myself, utilizing spreadsheets to prioritize tasks and track progress effectively. Common tasks delegated to others included drafting models/drawings, creating manufacturing work instructions, processing engineering change orders, and sourcing vendors for specialized projects.- Developed weekly schedules & oversaw PSI Waterford consisting of 16 floor personnel, optimizing resource allocation, and ensuring timely production completion.- Acquired extensive expertise in CableEye continuity mapping, ensuring accurate wire routing across hundreds of connections.
