Direct a team of 2 coordinators and 8 graphic designers in the creative development of Paper Crafts product and packaging. Hire, onboard and mentor team members. Set vision for projects and stay up-to-date on market research and trends. Guide team members in understanding clients’ objectives, and assure those are met in all graphic design output. Negotiate with clients on projects and timelines.

Collaborate with clients, team members, and cross-functional teams to bring the client’s vision to life. Create designs to satisfy a range of project objectives, while following input and direction from team leaders and product development team. Have awareness of marketing trends and pitch creative concepts and mood boards utilizing that awareness. Develop patterns using existing and original artwork. Juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment under the pressure of deadlines. Prep artwork using vendor specifications.
