I started in the Real Estate industry in 1995 as a property manager and serviced over 100+ units. During that time I realized that I had a passion for real estate. So In 1999 I decided to get my license and because of my experience with property management I passed my brokers license after 6 months being in the business. From 2000 to 2005 I was the broker manager of a family own independent brokerage. In 2006 we decided to align our independent brokerage with an EXIT Realty franchise. Shortly after making the switch we acquired another existing EXIT franchise. We operated both brokerages until 2011 when we sold to new ownership. In 2013, I joined EXIT Realty Upper Midwest, as the Regional Director and in 2017, became the CFO for EXIT Realty Upper Midwest located in Lakeville, MN and currently holds this position.
