Responsibilities: Handled Statutory audit and Limited review Preparation of audit programme and requirement list Routine statutory audit work viz. vouching, verification including analysis of debtors and creditors, stock and stores, loans and interest, fixed assets thereon. Ensure compliance of applicable various laws ,regulations and Indian Accounting Standards(Ind AS) Checking internal control systems for their adequacy and efficacy as per internal financial control reporting as required by Co. Act’ 2013 ( SAP and Non SAP both) Preparation of variance analysis and review of the same. Checking of compliance with Goods and Service Tax , Service tax and VAT ,Provident fund Act 1952 , and Income Tax Act ‘1961 etc as per statutory provisions Physical verification of inventory and fixed Assets Preparation of plant visit report and verified cost records. Test of control in respect of purchases & sales Checking of receipt and payment as per company policies and contract etc. Preparation power point templates to present in Board Meeting. Finalization of Balance sheet, Statement of Profit and Loss and Cash flow statement. Drafting audit reports as per the new reporting requirements of Companies Audit Report Order, 2016 and requirements of IFCR as per Companies Act’2013Responsibilities: Handled internal audit of 16 projects/ 16 profit centre Preparation of effective internal audit program and audit checklist as per IFC requirement of Companies Act 2013 and as per audit scope. Discussed with client for understanding the nature of organization and implementation of internal audit Test of control in respect of purchases , sales , assets and liabilities  Checking internal control systems for their adequacy and efficacy as per internal financial control reporting as required by Co.
