Commercial• Worked closely with Managing director and CFO as a Finance business partner for Australian divisions in driving the preparation of AOP and Strategic plans.• Worked with General Managers across Australia as a Finance Business Partner.• Worked closely with Head of Sales Operation in forming a strategy for customer segmentation, product costing & pricing and profitability reviews.Reporting and Analysis• Analysis and reporting of monthly management accounts to local and global management.• Development of KPIs, both financial and non-financial, to monitor the progress of the business• Actively tracking OCF delivery against annual targets across all levers of cash generation including working capital and capital expenditure.• Monitoring the delivery of profit and cash to target, ensuring that the division has a pipeline of contingency measures to deliver the company’s annual targets (Revenue, Profit, OCF)• A focused approach on divisional cash collections by monitoring of cash collection activities with National Credit Control Manager every month.Mergers and Acquisitions• Worked closely with Global M & A team, support the CFO in the preparation of acquisitions proposals, preparing PONL (pre-offer notification letter) and conduct due diligence.
