During my articleship tenure I have been part of various assignments related to Statutory Audit, Tax Audits and in other domains -:• Executed statutory audit of Listed PSU which operates under infrastructure sector, analysing revenue recognition, payroll expenses, CSR expenses, sampling methodology, statutory dues, debtor ageing, provisioning, financial and disclosures analysis under limited review and year end basis. • Performed statutory audit of Listed company which operates in auto ancillary sector and involve in analysis of fixed asset register, sampling methodology and audit documentation.• Handled tax audit of Listed sugar manufacturing company, worked on several tax audit clauses, and involved in utility filing, audit documentation. • Executed and managed the statutory audit of subsidiary of Listed entity operating in DDU-GKY schemes and performed revenue analysis, bank confirmation and reconciliation, leases verification, analysis of fixed asset register, sampling methodology.• Managed statutory and tax audit including site visit and analysis of financial statement of diverse industries like restaurant, media, speaker manufacturing, water treatment plant.• Handled tax audit of media company which has following different financial year as of India.• Led a team for physical verification of inventory amounting to more than ₹20 cr. in three different locations under Due diligence assignment in domain of merger and acquisition which resulted in amplification of inventory management system at the entity level.• Delivered training to medical practitioners of hospital (trust), about audit, risk control mechanism, risk assessment, standardising operational procedures and clarified their queries related to taxation and operational matters. • Also worked on Ind AS, IGAAP, Assurance, Control testing, Walk through, IFCR assignment, Indian GAAP, Limited Review, Financial Reporting, Financial statement analysis.
