A young determined student that is actively enquiring for a vacancy. Soon to begin my Level 3 BTEC national extended diploma in Music Technology. I have a broad history in classical music study, with a Grade 5 in both piano and music theory (ABRSM). Including my silver award with board RSCM. I have attended 2 residency’s: RSCM’s bath course ‘23 & NYAW’s “Music Futures” ‘24 (Rockfield Studios). Both residency’s required hardcore work day in and day out alongside many new faces where I was required to learn 3 hours worth of new repertoire - pushing me to my limits (Bath). I have also been put into a small group of 20 and put together to produce new music alongside many musicians who have a wide range of different experiences and styles (Rockfield). In both I have been deemed as successful. During my time in High School I have been part of many different opportunities - such as attending the Senedd and voicing my opinions on relevant topics. I have hosted and scripted a showcase for different talents through the school. While also conducting and putting together a samba band with students who had never picked up an instrument before. During my time of productions - I had been given a new solo to learn and perform to a brilliant standard within less than a week on two separate occasions. Once again, I was able to do this very successfully. Overall, I believe the experience I have gained throughout my time of learning has given me many social skills to be able to project a good performance in a job that requires teamwork and both independence. Both skills I have gained through my experience.
