My role is to act with my team and create solutions together with our customers. Solutions that aligns with the customers overall strategic plan as well as business plans, together build business that leads to success for both parts on short and long terms.This involves touching all or some of the layers on our customers organisation. Such as establishing governance models, establish vision and expected outcome over time, translating strategic initiativ to delivery focus, at the operational level establish solutions with quick impact on business. The role is quite new so it has a rapid expansion and will change over time. I am very happy to be able to work with the finest collegues and most pleasent organisation that our business has to offer - ATEA!

Göteborg

Acting as manager for a group of senior Consultants with cutting-edge expertise within Collaboration. This meaning services on various Cloud solutions such as Azure, Amazon, IBM and more. Office 365, Skype for Business, Cisco Collaboration, Exchange, Active Directory etcetera is a big part of our every day. We work close to our costumers to design solutions that add value in line with their expectations.On top of this i have the great pleasure of managing the area named Productivity. We help our customers to get value from their IT-investments by upgrading the competence on the coworkers to actually use the IT-tools and become more productive.For me as a manager its a privilege to work with professionals in a company that is known for it's fantastic culture and customer satisfaction.

Sverige

In 2012 I was commissioned to draw up a project and program offices for Atea Outsourcing Services. This involved the establishment of routines and methods. I also recruited the project leaders and had full budget responsibility. The department grew to involve eleven project managers and one project coordinator. the group as whole became an extremely developed and strong group.Furthermore, I was a member of the management team of the business area and actively participated in the construction of the very same, during my time it grew from a few employees to nearly 300 when I choose to step down .

Sweden

Responsible for and developing the IT Service Management programme within in Atea Service Management, including the implementation of ITIL processes, development of the internal Service Management tool and Process Automation.

My main focus was solution selling involving hardware and services to ATEA customers. Participating in different sales events, fairs and lots of contact with different suppliers like HP Lenovo Fujitsu Philips amongst others.

A short session with the mission to establish a regional office in Gothenburg. During this period i opend an office and recruited personel for the job within workforce consulting.

Gothenburg, Sweden

I had the responsibility for around 40 IT and telecom technicians. During this period the divison was prepared to be sold out from Telia, the buyer was Flextronics Network Services, then sold again and became Relacom once more. I was a member of the national management team. Participated in naming the new division to Relacom and had special responsibility within "e-service". When the company become Relacom again, i was placed within the regional management team in region West and continue the management work. During this period there where massive lay offs. I learned to act as a manager in though times and make the necessary decisions.

Sweden

Account Manager within IT and Telecom. My work entailed account responsibility, budget, negotiation, and acting within the regional management. I look upon this period as a sales-school.

Responsible for 35 employees whose job was to manage and delegate tasks to Telia IT technicians all over Sweden. The location of my coworkers were all over the country, from Luleå to Malmö which meant a lot of traveling. The responsibility involved budget, personnel, negotiation and also act as member of the national management team.

I began my career as a service and support professionals. My duties involved technical work in LAN / WAN internetworking, Client / Server in the Microsoft and Novell Environment. The service was transferred to project manager with the task of building up a support site in Gothenburg, and production management which I subsequently became Manager for.
