Assists Head of Logistics in operation planning and execution by coordinating with planning team and Plant Logistics Head.Leading Freight Management Cell efficiently, handling logistics commercial rate negotiations, performing PTPK analyses regularly and contributed to enhanced profitability and operational excellence.Closely monitoring Reverse Auction system and doing TAT analysis to optimise the total logistic cost.Reviewing the TLC at all levels and doing the variance analysis for any increase/decrease in TLC. Ensures audit compliance, coordinated with IT/ERP for new projects, utilizes big data analytics and new technologies (AI/IoT) to drive organizational improvement.

Comprehensive Credit Risk Management: Managed Credit Risk Reporting, RWA calculation, Loan Loss Provision, Commitment, Contingencies reports, exposure analysis and providing critical insights & resolving discrepancies.Examining exposure & RWA movements for different products like loans, commitments, derivatives, bonds and providing commentaries to the stakeholders for substantial movements with respect to credit risk.Reconciling FDW v/s SAP for all products at entity level and business level and providing commentaries in break template; working with stakeholder and product controller to understand the root cause and how to resolve the breaks.
