Main responsibilities & tasks1: Supervise the planning, design and implementation of water and sanitation service improvements Takepart in situational analysis of programme areas, field survey and collection of baseline and design data; Work with Water.org staff and partners to develop infrastructure development plans; Advise on potential and unintended impacts of the work on communities, particularly children and vulnerable adults, and how to incorporate safe guarding considerations into service planning and design Work in partnership with service providers and city authorities to design water and sanitation service improvements; Assist in preparing bidding document and material and work specifications; Supervise the implementation of the service improvements, including oversight of contractors and updating design drawing as per field requirements;2: Programme Monitoring and ReportingPay regular field visits to programme areas to observe progress, compliance of design, work specifications and quality of the work;Keep track of progress of infrastructure interventions;Provide progress reports to the Sanitation Lead against the programme log frame, in line with Water.org’s reporting requirements;3: Technical Capacity Building of Service Provider StaffFacilitate the capacity development of relevant service provider staff, with a particular focus on the relevant staff (central Head office unit and Zonal staff) of the utility and the goverment;Assist in developing the capacity of private sanitation service providers;Assist in developing the capacity of other development agencies as required;Assist in testing new technology on water and sanitation service improvement.

Develop operational plan in line with the project objectives and approved budget Supervise the ASHRAI INN Building Construction works, Budgeting according to the activities and plan. Making plan of construction works with architectural drawing with auto cad software. Ensure Good Quality of construction materials e.i (M.S Rod, Cement, Fine Sand etc.) & than received goods. Supervise Bio-gas Plant of ASHRAI Sustainable Renewable Energy Programmed (SREP) on behalf of Infrastructure Development Company Limited(IDCOL). Supervise, monitor, and ensure project budget is spent according to the activities and plan. Day to day management and operation of project activities. Ensure supportive supervision and monitor to all activities of the project and provide necessary feedback to the respective officials for their further improvement. Ensure to produce and submit all kinds of reports through proper data validation. Regular user of Computer, E-mail & Internet with skilled and confidentiality Prepare Internal quotation, comparative statement & work order for another goods purchasing process. Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation plans and reports Prepare monthly work plan based on the project activities and log frame. Maintain and preserve project related all documents.

Supervise, monitor, and ensure project budget is spent according to the activities and plan. Day to day management and operation of project activities. Ensure supportive supervision and monitor to all activities of the project and provide necessary feedback to the respective officials for their further improvement. Ensure to produce and submit all kinds of reports through proper data validation.
