As a valuable contributor of the DevOps Center for Enablement team at Wawanesa, I help teams improve their work management and development experience. I provide support and guidance to application delivery teams to promote DevOps practices. Using tools like Jenkins, Ansible, Docker and RHEL in conjunction with Bash, Groovy, YAML, and JSON as well as development in PHP and Python to create a complete end-to-end automation process to enhance the developer experience to allow more time to focus on shipping code. Assisting with AWS migrations to increase complete end-to-end ownership for application delivery teams.Using AWS tools including Lambda, S3, SQS, SES and more, I have lead a small team through planning, design, development, deployment and rollout of a from-scratch serverless application to process customer requests and integrate into another application. With resounding positive feedback on my technical design, development and leadership skills, this project was released with zero complications.Leveraging Jira, I have created a critical business work management solution to intake customer requests and prioritize work for Wawanesa teams. This solution has been critical in Wawanesa efforts to go paperless and reduce response times to customers.I actively engage in critical incident response to assist as much as possible to reduce MTTI, MTTR, and downtime cost by leveraging knowledge and experience of Wawanesa systems to analyze logs, performance metrics, and system configurations. Includes rotation oncall support. I also actively manage on-call rotation schedules to insure a high quality support and escalations as required.

Summer employment: Began working as an office assistant, working with invoices and billing. Continued to add additional duties in the warehouse including packing and verifying orders, customer pickup and dropoff, and reshelving returned items as well as general warehouse help. Soon after, I began helping with larger customer setups which includes unfolding and placement of tables and chairs, and occasionally assisting with tent setups. I then started working as a truck helper; assisting in loading and unloading at each stop as well as setups, when required.
