Since the 1990’s, I have been developing software applications even when my primary job role was not focused on software development. I began with writing applications specific to the law enforcement communications mission including areas such as training, business information tracking and employee evaluations.Today, my focus is on developing business applications that address the needs of specific teams, departments and/or entire companies. Dubbed a "general application programmer", I am able to easily adapt to any business need, understand and analyze requirements and develop user friendly solutions that solve business problems. As a small business owner, I have had the privilege of developing web application solutions and websites for a variety of businesses including the East Orlando Chamber of Commerce, Association of Fundraising Professionals Central Florida Chapter, the Orlando Gay Chorus, Framing of Central Florida, IATSE Local 631 and many more businesses with in and out of Central Florida.Web development is an ever evolving occupation with new technologies and innovations that are constantly being introduced. Staying current is a challenge, however, it is necessary so that I can continue to provide my customers with the best possible solutions using today’s technology. In order to accomplish that goal, I must limit myself to specific technology areas in order to just keep up. I am therefore focused on Microsoft’s ASP.NET and SQL Server platform. This includes SharePoint, TFS, Visual Studio and SQL Server. However, I also support MySQL, PHP and ColdFusion based applications and web sites.
