I am one of the founding partners of cultlight. Cultlight is a retail importer of high quality indoor grow products. The company started as an idea and proved to be solid after a while, even during the pandemic we managed to have a profitable business and achieve a good volume of sales and billing for a micro-enterprise.In the company I work mainly in financial management, project management, I also manage and control sales and product listings on marketplaces.In addition, I help with customer service, help with marketing and management of social networks, especially instagram.I believe that my main contributions to the company would be my humility to always want to do better and learn more, my emotional intelligence, my ability to get along well with others, my ability to encourage and motivate the team and also to lead.

LUFFT is the first rocket modeling team of Niterói, Rio de Janeiro. We compete in students rocket launching national and international competitions. I was one of the founding members of the team, initially I worked in the propellant chemistry sector and later in project management, there my team and I introduced agile management in the team with the application of the SCRUM methodology, the entire project was managed from of Asana. During that time I acted as the team's SCRUM Master.
