SUMMARY: Responsible to design, plan, implement a solution roadmap, and selecting the right deployment model and technology platform, applying competitive technology knowledge where applicable. - Design and planning the migration of 33 different Active Directory forests to a new Active Directory forest, considering over 120.000 users in 450 different sites around the globe;- Design, planning and migrating mailboxes from Exchange Server 2010/2013 On-Premises to Office 365, considering over 120.000 mailboxes in 03 different datacenter around the globe;- Design, planning and implementing Lync Server 2013 to provide the following resources, consolidated in a single site: Instant Messaging, Web Conferencing, Audio/Video Conferencing, Desktop Sharing, Application Sharing and Office Web Apps;- Plan and design identity management requirements, including integrating on-premises identities with Office 365 using Azure AD Connect and ADFS;- Provide expert guidance to customers, driving solution architecture, and ensuring solution technology has been aligned with business requirements;- Depth product knowledge and troubleshooting experience of Exchange 2013/2010 server, Client connectivity (On-premises), Device management, and Load balancing;- Troubleshooting at the expert level on Exchange Server routing/transport, storage technologies and performance (Microsoft Exchange perspective), clustered deployments, disaster recovery, migration and coexistence, and mobile messaging;- Wrote, reviewed and updated the technical design specification and the implementation guide documentation, providing clearly all information about the Office 365 configuration, as well as describing all steps to migrate this environment;
