I'm an aspiring professional that's passionate about business, international affairs, and the intersection of the two. I am a recent graduate from American University with a bachelors of science in business administration, including an international entrepreneurship specialization and an international affairs minor. I've excelled in courses in finance, accounting, economics, entrepreneurship, and business law. I worked for several years as a junior budget analyst at Los Alamos National Laboratory where I learned the basics of finance, and I spent a year working as a research fellow for A/R360 Consultants where I gained experience in entrepreneurship and consulting. I also recently held an investment agent position at New Western where I became familiar with real estate investing and honed my skills in sales, networking, and project management.I love traveling, both within the USA and beyond its borders. Over the years I have been to 20+ countries and have enjoyed immersing myself in many different cultures. Learning languages is a passion of mine, and I studied Mandarin Chinese for five years in high school and college. I also have conversational proficiency in Norwegian and Danish, which I used while studying abroad in Copenhagen. I'm an avid reader and love to spend time out in nature.
