Managed the workflow process through the Strategy, Creative, Digital and Production departments and effective briefing thereof. As the brand’s key strategic and creative agency, exceeded all KPI’s for the launch of their new 360 brand campaign, with the brand film reaching 1 million views within 3 weeks (target 6 weeks).
