I am a seasoned executive and academic. The first half of my career was in the corporate business sector where I worked in health care, human resource management, organization development and operations management in leadership and management roles. Prior to moving my consulting practice into a full time career, I worked in higher education and was tenured and promoted to the rank of Full Professor in Management. My work is internationally recognized and I am an extensively published author and academic. I served in the academic administrative positions of program coordinator, director, dean, assistant provost, and vice president for academic and student affairs. I returned to the academy in 2019 as a visiting faculty member in the Walter E. Heller College of Business at Roosevelt University. Beginning in the academic year of 2020-2021, I continued serving the students at Roosevelt University as a Full Clinical Professor of Organizational Leadership. I also operate a boutique consulting firm, Enlightening Management Consultants, Inc., and am a professional speaker (All American Speakers) and writer.
