Leading a dynamic and diverse community of learners and educators for over twelve years, I am the Head of School at The Caedmon School, a progressive Montessori, toddler through elementary school in New York City. I hold a MA in Education Administration from Columbia University, where I was also a Klingenstein Fellow, and a BFA in Theatre Acting/Directing from Syracuse University. My core competencies are successful in providing leadership training and coaching, DEIB initiatives, nonprofit management, curriculum development, public speaking, and team development. I am passionate about creating a nurturing and inclusive environment where every child can thrive and grow. My mission - my WHY - is to inspire and empower the next generation of creative, compassionate, and confident leaders.
