I was involved with a team producing pro-bono work towards a social media campaign for a professional client. Over the course of this role, I was assigned the key responsibility of documenting mentor communications and relaying the information to the project team.Another critical aspect of this role was handling communications between the team's account director and the team itself to ensure our decisions were undertaken with professional oversight and approval.Further, client communication was essential to ensure that creatives decisions made by the team towards their campaign brief was to their expectations. Committing to talks with the client meant that our team was minimising potential for misinterpretation of client requests and facilitating approval of our approaches to their ideal vision of a multimedia campaign. These talks were regularly conducted over Zoom meetings.
