As a human-centered agency, User Experience (UX) is at the core of every effort at Nebo. As technologies and industries evolve, successfully predicting, targeting, and engaging key user needs has become critical. In my day-to-day role, I manage, create, and present UX deliverables across the entire creative process, from initial stakeholder interviews and UX Research to interactive wireframes and User Testing. Our UX team is growing, and I keep our goals simple, effective, and actionable, ensuring that we can focus on great client deliverables as well as internal cross-department collaboration. I also provide strategy and UX-centric process input to our CRO and Design/Development teams. As the head of our UX Department, my goal is to not only lead our client projects from a user-centric approach, but also to apply human-centered design thinking methodologies to our internal creative processes. In doing so, I work to implement more collaborative, efficient, and agile workflows that increase team cohesion and result in superior deliverables.
