As a Clinical Supervisor at Rocky Mountain Human Services (RMHS), I oversee a team of professionals who provide comprehensive and personalized care to individuals discharging from a Colorado Mental Health Institute, being released from jail, or are participating in inpatient or outpatient restoration. I have a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and Communication from Colorado State University, and more than five years of experience in the field of health and human services. I have developed strong skills in motivational interviewing, interpersonal communication, and crisis intervention, which enable me to effectively support and empower my clients and staff. I am passionate about improving the quality of life and well-being of the people I serve, and I align with the mission and values of RMHS.
